ABOUT USFriends have suggested that we include in our web site a little about who we are. Gerri and I live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. We have a small home just outside the town of I was born in My flying career has spanned almost 40 years, primarily in charter and corporate flight departments. For the last 10 years we lived in Gerri, my wife, is my rock. We raised two boys with all of the trials and tribulations inherent therein, and along the way have had a wonderful life. Not without a lot of stress and worry, but together we managed to get through the rough times. Gerri is from Our RV life has been more of a requirement to me rather than an option. Most of my professional career I have had to eat in restaurants and sleep in hotels while away from home. When we travel for our own purposes, I want to sleep in my own bed and not eat restaurant food. The motor home allows me to do this. I also get the chance to see up close what I have viewed from 40,000 feet for so many years. It is amazing to me that the distance covered in one hour of flight takes at least a day to travel in the RV. And, what a wonderful way to see the country. If you find yourself traveling through our area, please give us a call. We would love to meet you. If you have never been to this part of the country, you owe it to yourself to come take a look. There are more campgrounds here than you can imagine. Lots of shows in Pigeon Forge along with Dollywood and a huge water park all waiting for you. Just down the road is Gatlinburg. Another jewel waiting to be discovered. Of course, the National Park is an experience not to be missed. Our plan is to continue to travel in our motor home and visit with as many people as we can along the way. People that RV are a unique group. Whether they have a pop-up tent camper or a 2 million dollar castle on wheels, they are almost always warm and friendly. I think the common denominator is our love of travel and the outdoors. There is something about heading out on the open road with an RV that we all feel. We can leave our worries at home and for a short time have nothing to do but enjoy life and family. So, here’s hoping we have the chance to “set a spell” and visit with you. With any luck, there will be a campfire going and a good cup of coffee waiting for you. Made, of course, with the best water in the world. Water from our filtration system.Music heard on this page is courtesy of John and Heidi John & Heidi Cerrigione.
